You can find the exact macros for each meal by clicking on the Menus tab located directly on our website. You will need to select a meal individually so that the macros are displayed. Additionally, the macros will be listed directly on each container when you receive your meals at your front door.
If you choose the microwave we recommend 3-4 min with the lid ON. Heating times may vary depending on the wattage of your microwave.
If oven is the better choice for you we recommend removing contents in to a oven safe container and heating at 375 for 20 minutes
We take allergies very seriously. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific allergies and dietary needs before placing an order.

Our meals are freshly prepared and can typically stay fresh for 5-7 days when stored properly in the refrigerator.

Our shipping fees start at $10-$18. It may vary in price depending on the distance to the destination from our local kitchen.

Our subscription process is simple and convenient. You can choose a meal plan that suits your needs and preferences, select your meals each week, and set up automatic weekly deliveries. You can easily manage your subscription through your online account, making it easy to make changes at any time.
If you're going out of town or need to suspend your service temporarily, you can easily pause your deliveries through your online account. Simply log in, navigate to your subscription settings, and select the option to suspend your service for the desired period. You can then resume your deliveries when you return.
Yes, you can make modifications to your order each week. You have the flexibility to customize your meals, add or remove items based on your preferences. Simply log in to your account before the weekly cutoff time to make any changes to your upcoming delivery.
By default, your order will automatically continue a weekly basis unless you choose to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription. You have full control over your deliveries and can make changes as needed to accommodate your schedule and preferences.
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your subscription at any time without any hidden fees or penalties. Simply log in to your account, navigate to your subscription settings, and select the option to cancel. Please note that cancellations made after the weekly cutoff time may still result in a final delivery, but you will not be charged for future orders.
