Strawberry Cheese Cake French Toast

Frequent goer of SouzaFit. Really only for the breakfast though. I’ve tried the lunch a few times and just wasn’t a fan. Food is always cooked fresh. Fresh squeezed juice is great too. Staff is always friendly and kind.

First time here. I wanted to try everything on the menu but I'm glad I tried the Chicken Alfredo. Delicious. I'll be back tomorrow to pick up my 10 meal prep order. Fair prices too.

The chicken cesar salad was delicious 🤤 & the smoothie phenomenal! I will definitely come here again when I’m in town! I recommend this place 💯!

I will start like this: the freshness of my fruit smoothie tells me everything about Souzafit. This place is extremely welcoming. The moment you walk in, you can smell the green, it's so refreshing that I want to go as I'm writing this review. Please stop and experience it yourself.

I am a new customer and had ordered my first meal delivery. The turkey burger I had, 2, it was delicious. It’s not salty, but soft and yummy. I am glad to have found you!! Very little sweet potato fries, liked that. All healthy is what me and my sister aiming for!! I highly recommend for an healthy place, this one is it. Thank you and I will order more in the future. …p.s. my sister ordered , the monster wrap and grilled steak, she have not eaten it, but I am sure she will. And love it as well. Again, thank you!!

Amazing food, it's always coming super fresh and delicious. The place is very clean. In the lasts months I started the meal plans and it's amazing, so I don't need to prepare my food anymore and I feel satisfy with the portions, the people there are very thoughtful and friendly.

Fresh and great quality food! Perfect place to get your healthy food and protein shake before workout. They also have deliveries too. With the app it helps to speed up your order. My favorite is Acai Bowl! Awesome Restaurant too (nice and clean) with a great service.

Awesome awesome place for healthier food in a neighborhood filled with BBQ meats and little else. I dined twice from this place and it will quickly become my go to. Pros: tasty healthier food with low fat cheese options, wheat bread, lean meats, veggies, shakes and an option to add protein powder to many items. The prices are excellent as well, all food mostly under 10 bucks. Another bonus of this place is that they have the nutritional facts like calories, fat, carbs and protein listed for every item on their takeout menu (which is huge and colorful with pictures.) Cons: parking is difficult due to the location. Lunch time can get very busy so order ahead of time. As you can see, far more pros than cons. Don't hesitate to try the food even if you're not into health food because it's affordable and tasty as well as healthier.

I ordered the chicken fajitas and it was absolutely delicious. Good flavor and low carbs...my two favorite things in a meal that won't make me feel guilty. A little pricey, but you get a decent amount of food, and like I said, its better for you than half of the restaurants around.
